PP-R / PP-RCT PIPELIFE SYSTEM (INSTAPLAST) FOR INSTALLATION OF WATER SUPPLY AND HIGH TEMPERATURE HEATING SYSTEMS
The PipeLife system of sanitary water pipes for drinking, cold and hot water and heating is made of polypropylene PP-R and PP-RCT.
The products are available in diameters from 16 mm to 200 mm. The color of pipes is light gray, with a diameter of 125 mm and above – green. The colored strip on the pipes allows you to quickly identify the pipes for their intended use:
– Black stripe – CARBO pipes (PP-RCT, stabilized by carbon fiber);
– Orange stripe – Unibeta pipes (PP-RCT, thin-walled);
– Pipes reinforced without strip – STABI BETA pipes (PP-R, with an aluminum layer);
– Pipes without reinforcement and without strip – pipes S5 PN10 (PP-R);
– Pipes without reinforcement and a blue stripe – pipes S3.2 PN16 (PP-R);
– Pipes without reinforcement and a red stripe – pipes S2.5 PN20 (PP-R).
The PipeLife system (Instaplast) with PP-R / PP-RCT is primarily intended for indoor installation. This system is characterized by high resistance to temperature and pressure, is not prone to corrosion. It has low thermal conductivity and a very low noise level. Installation of the system is simple and reliable. Thanks to the applied technology and the use of the highest quality raw materials, the entire system is hygienic and guarantees reliability during operation.

PIPE
A wide range of pipes, which includes: non-reinforced single-layer pipes made of PP-R material for various types of pressure; thin-walled pipes made of PP-RCT material – Unibeta; PP-RCT multilayer pipes STABI BETA, reinforced with aluminum foil, as well as CARBO pipes, made of PP-RCT material reinforced with a compound (containing carbon fibers) allow you to choose the optimal pipe, both in terms of technical characteristics and price.
Modern trends in the production of pipes are characterized by an increase in the share of pipes produced from PP-RCT material – polypropylene of the 4th generation, which has higher heat resistance and pressure resistance compared to PP-R material. In addition, multilayer pipes with PP-RCT reduce linear elongation due to temperature changes.
FITTINGS
PipeLife system fittings are made of polypropylene, either fully plastic, or contain a brass insert, usually internally or externally threaded. Accessories are offered in full in the entire assortment.
Also in the production program there are shut-off fittings – both straight and ball valves of size 20-63.
All fittings are manufactured for the highest pressure range.
